Cutting Grades

This chart defines what types of defects* will be allowed in a solid wood part based on the grade assigned to the part.  These grades have been developed by TDH for use in establishing inspection criteria within our company and to give our customers a somewhat quantitative method to determine what the end product will look like.  These grades do not relate in any way to standard lumber grading rules.
