PVC Edgebands

• Available in thin or thick versions and a multitude of colors and wood grains
• Low cost
• Generally used in automatic edgebanders

Polyester Edgebands

• Available in a multitude of colors and wood grains
• Low cost
• Applied manually or in automatic edgebanders

Wood Edgebands

• Available in most all species, generally applied as a thin finger jointed tape, also available in thicker solid wood versions for a beefier edge.
• Moderate to high cost
• Applied manually or in automatic edgebanders

T-Molding

• Available in thin decorative molding through heavy duty bumper type moldings.
• Low to moderate cost
• Applied manually or semi-automatically

Filled and Painted

• Edge of raw board is filled to close pinholes and is then painted
• Low to high cost
• Generally is done manually for low to moderate quantities, fully automated for high volume production of shelves etc.
