Lacquer

• Wood part is sealed and topcoated with a pigmented catalyzed lacquer topcoat in flat, satin, or high gloss levels to match any color required
• Moderate cost
• Used on wood, MDF, hardboard, and some plastics
• Readily cleaned with a damp rag or commercial wood care products

Polyurethane

• Part is sealed and topcoated with a pigmented 2 component polyurethane topcoat in flat, satin, or high gloss levels to match any color required
• Higher cost
• Used on surfaces that will see a lot of wear or need to be resistant to solvents or cosmetics
• Can be cleaned with fairly strong cleaners

Epoxy

• Part is sealed and topcoated with a pigmented epoxy topcoat in flat, satin, or high gloss levels to match almost any color required
• High cost
• Used on surfaces that will see a lot of wear or need to be impervious to solvents or chemicals
• Can be cleaned with very strong cleaners
